What to include
A valid DMCA notice must include:

Our response
On receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in a reasonable time. Repeat infringers will be barred from the service.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same information format above. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original claimant.
